Join hundreds of locally owned businesses in advocating for a strong and healthy local economy!
Encourage customers to visit and return with Go Local Card perks. Your offer will be listed prominently next to your business on our searchable database and Go Local Directory. We plan on printing around 15,000 copies to start by December 2019. (Details TBA! See our advertising opportunities here.)
Submit an offer or discount that you don’t mind honoring for a long period of time. Our directory will be printed twice a year so you must be able to honor your discount for as long as the current directory is in distribution. If you are having trouble coming up with a discount you feel comfortable with, a team member would be happy to offer creative assistance. Simply indicate that you have not decided on an offer yet when you fill out our application. Note that your listing will not go live until we have confirmed your offer.
It doesn’t cost anything to have your business listed on our site. The only thing we require is that you offer a discount, perk or promotion of some kind to our Go Local Card carriers.
No accounts, no login, no nonsense
As a small grassroots organization, we aim to provide a hands-on and personal experience. We know you don’t need another account to keep track of, so we’re keeping track for you.
Businesses are usually verified in person by a team member and added to our database within 1-3 business days. You can expect a follow-up from an NRV Homegrown representative shortly after your application is submitted.

Go Local Card Terms & Best Practices
Every Go Local card has a unique member number on it. The terms printed on the Go Local Card are:
Please present this card to a sales associate at time of purchase to receive rewards. The Card holder and immediate family may use this Card. By using this Card, user agrees to the terms and conditions of each merchant’s rewards program. This Card has no cash value and is not for credit or charge purposes. Offers are subject to change. Please visit nrvhomegrown.org for most up-to-date listings.
Spread the love: become a hub
Local business owners who sell cards keep $10 of every $20 purchase. Local businesses have the option to keep their half of card sales or use them as a fundraiser. Businesses and franchises who do not meet our small business criteria may sell the card but may not keep any profits; they are required to donate proceeds. Contact us to become a Go Local Hub today!
Perks for business owners
Our goal is to become a resource for businesses to find the right local for the job. (Promotion, marketing and advertising, contracting, etc.) Business owners are encouraged to reach out to NRV Homegrown representatives for advice when they’re in need. Eventually, we would like to distribute a separate directory for business-to-business offers.
